This card does make me happy with it's bright yellow rays peeking through the gray sky and clouds.  Hmmmm..............that sounds a LOT like the weather we're having right now here in Portland, Oregon.  It would brighten my day if I received this in the mail.  I spritzed the clouds and sun face with an Illuminate/Rubbing Alcohol mixture to make it even brighter (well.....sparklier - Lol!). We ...
