Good Friday Morning stampin' peeps!  I live in Portland, Oregon and we are smack dab in the middle of Rose Festival.  Last Saturday was the Starlight Parade that also has a pre-parade fun run, then Wednesday was the Junior Rose Festival Parade which lets young-in's make their own floats and what-not, finally, tomorrow is the Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade.  I believe it is only second to the ...
