Here is the fourth of five cards we created in May’s Masculine Card Class. It is a brand new set from the new 2013-14 catalog. I went with Crumb Cake Core’dinations Textured Cardstock to give the open spaces some interest. I love that Stampin’ Up! brought back textured cardstock and added a “twist”! We made the black medallion shape using the 1-3/4″ scallop circle punch. I felt this was more masculine then using the scallop circle punch as is. Click here to see a short video that will show you how to create this easy punch shape. Also, I heat embossed the image twice and punched twice to give more dimension and height! Lol!!! AND of course I felt it needed a bit more “sparkle” so we added just a touch of Silver Sparkle Dazzling Details.
