I hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving! Mine was pretty low key. I severely twisted my ankle on Tuesday and have been resting and icing since. I am thankful for the love and support from my family and friends!
Today’s post is something I’m sending to a fellow demonstrator for a monthly mail swap that I participate in. I hope you enjoy it. After getting the Little Letters Thinlits die set I promptly cut “MERRY” from Silver Glimmer paper to see how they worked. I then let them sit on my work table until this month’s swap and Craft Project Central Card Challenge #41. I love how it turned out and this layout would work great for lots of occasions…….HAPPY Birthday, etc. I would enjoy seeing what you come up with.
The base starts with Mossy Meadow with popped layers of Cherry Cobbler and Whisper White. The Whisper White layer is dry embossed with the Decorative Dots embossing folder. The circles are punched from a 1″ Circle punch and the Silver Glimmer paper letters (Little Letters Thinlits) are glued to them. TIP: The Mossy Meadow circles are glued flat and the Cherry Cobbler circles are popped with Stampin’ Dimensionals to add dimension. “Christmas” is from the Bright & Beautiful stamp set in the Holiday Catalog, stamped in Cherry Cobbler on Whisper White layered onto Silver Glimmer, Cherry Cobbler and Mossy Meadow. I hope you enjoy today’s design and will give it a try. Have a great Saturday!
