[Sneak Peek] Beautiful You Dancer

Beautiful You Dancer

Here is the first of three designs I want to share featuring the Beautiful You Stamp Set and Falling In Love Designer Series Paper from the upcoming 2017 Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog that goes live January 4, 2017.  I love this stamp set with it’s images and loads of sentiments to choose from.

BASE:  I started with a Blushing Bride base layered with Falling in Love Designer Series Paper and a small band of Blushing Bride Glimmer.

CIRCLE:  Stitched Shapes Circle Framelits in Blushing Bride Glimmer layered with a Shimmery White circle.  The Shimmery White circle was cut with the same framelit with the stitching edge trimmed away.  [TIP:  You’ll need to use double stick tape (Tear & Tape) to permanently secure together.]

DANCER:  The Dancer is stamped onto the Shimmer White circle with StaZon ink, then stamped again onto a scrap of Pink Pirouette.  I fussy cut and glued her onto the Shimmery White stamped image.  I wanted to add more sparkle so I added Blushing Bride Fancy Frost Sequins to her skirt.  [smile]  Finally I brushed her top and hat with Clear Wink of Stella.  Glimmer topped with shimmer, topped with more shimmer and then shine.  LOVE IT!

SENTIMENT:  This is one of the eight sentiments you get to choose from.  I thought it was a perfect fit.  I stamped it onto a Vellum strip and tucked behind the glimmer circle.  Finally, the circle was popped with Dimensionals.

Thank you for popping by today.  I hope you enjoyed the shimmer and sparkle as much I had fun creating it.  Until next time……Happy Stamping!
