I love Fall and all it’s amazing colors. I especially love pumpkins sitting on porches and used in decorating. Today I want to share the first in a trio of designs featuring pumpkins (or pumpkin faces). This is the fun Autumn Jar Punch Pumpkins.
The middle pumpkin (Gorgeous Grape) is the actual size of the punch. The smallest is punched from the actual size, then slide in through the punch hole to the “bottom” of the punch. Then the largest pumpkin is a strip the width of the punch hole and punch the bottom and top for the desired length.
After heat embossing the pumpkin faces with Basic Black from the Harvest Hellos stamp set, I sponged the edges to give some dimension and distressed look. The background is the fun Cobwebs 3D Embossing Folder from the 2020 Aug-Dec Mini Catalog embossed in Vellum. I tore the edges to give more texture.
It was feeling a little “naked” so I perused my “stash” of items and found and tried Black Glitter paper cut with the swirly circle from the Painted Labels Die. Then I cut it in half and separated so it popped out from the top and bottom.
